TERMS + CONDITIONS
We strive to make art rentals as easy and affordable as possible to meet all of your staging needs. Refer to the chart below for our pricing. In addition to these rates, we ask a $200 security deposit at time of pick up that will be refunded to you once the undamaged artwork is returned to us.
The rental rates above apply to a 2 month period. If you need the artwork for longer than two months, there is a $200 per week fee.
Transportation and Delivery
Once the order is ready for pick up, schedule a time to collect the art from our studio in DTLA. If you need help coordinating a delivery service let us know and we can include that in your order.
A week’s notice is enough for most rental jobs. However, we encourage you to get in touch with us as soon as you can about your order, especially if it is large and especially if you need help picking out the art. Orders placed less than 6 days in advance are subject to a 50% rush fee. Orders placed within 24 hours before the intended pick-up, will incur a 100% rush fee.
Returns of Unused Artwork
If you are not sure what you need, no problem! You can return any undamaged pieces within 72 hours and be refunded for those pieces.
Purchasing Rented Artwork
Love the work so much you don’t want to let it go? Rental fees spent on an artwork can be deducted from it’s retail price, pay any remaining balance and it’s yours!
